Unpolished Rahar Dal (often written as Unpolished Toor/Arhar Dal) is the most natural, premium grade of split pigeon peas available in the market. Unlike regular polished dal, it does not undergo any artificial treatments.

​What is "Unpolished"? Traditional polished dals are treated with water, oil, leather, or chemical powder to give them a shiny, bright look. Unpolished dal skips this entirely. The grains look slightly dull and natural but are 100% pure and free from added moisture or oils.
